Between using my gifts of genealogy and artistic creativity I’ve been busy.
I joined an online art class.
What a great community of artists and overall learning experience I am getting with The Art Journey and TJ Cunningham.
Here are some of my paintings through the months and apologies for not updating this blog in quite some time. 
Adam Clague began instruction also on portraiture and still life painting. Between Adam and TJ Cunningham’s instruction I couldn’t ask for better mentors with their combined wealth of information and experience.
Here is my original oil painting on wooden cradle board from a photo I took years ago when we were on vacation in California and why I titled it “Beautiful Big Sur”.
Lastly here is the initial block-in for a painting we’re doing in a series of marshlands paintings, I believe there are two.
